What does Naz actually do?
He runs three businesses. Each works at a different layer of the same problem: a business that cannot grow without its owner in every seat.
HighImpct is the systems layer. CentralCRM, the OmniAI Receptionist, website and AEO builds, and CentralSync, from $97 to $297 a month. HighImpct LLC is also the parent company.
PodFleet is the people layer. Managed operations delivered as Pods: a pre-composed team led by a senior Pod Operations Lead with AI workflows built in, for 7-figure creator, eCommerce and SaaS businesses. It operates as a d/b/a of HighImpct LLC.
ProfitizeOS is the skill layer. A 90-day live programme taught in Bangla from Dhaka, four sessions a week, covering GoHighLevel, n8n and client acquisition.
Why build three companies instead of one?
Because the problem has more than one layer. A business needs customers, it needs systems that remove repetitive work, and it needs people who execute consistently.

What has he seen?
Running operations for other companies means working inside them. Over 14 years that has meant working in the CRMs, the pipelines, the inboxes, the fulfilment and the hiring of businesses across the creator economy, eCommerce and software.
He has hired, trained and managed more than 200 specialists in that time.
That produces something an operator inside a single company cannot develop: pattern recognition across companies. The same failures repeat, in the same order, at the same points.
Someone who has run one business has seen one version of a problem. Someone who has been inside many has seen which version is common, which is fatal, and which resolves itself if left alone. That is the difference between an opinion and a diagnosis.
Where did he come from?
Naz is from Tangail and was educated at Dhaka College. He is based in Dhaka.
The businesses serve clients internationally from Bangladesh. The US entity is HighImpct LLC.
He is the author of The Client Acquisition OS.
